2).Do I need to polish the acrylic after cut from system ?
   No, you don't need to polish the acrylic again. The cutting edge of acrylic will be shined and smooth. Normally, our 100watt laser systems is able to cut up to 15mm acrylic sheet; 200watt laser systems is able to cut up to 25mm acrylic sheet. 400watt system can cut up to 40mm acrylic sheet and thin metal.

5).What type of graphics should I use ?
   Our laser systems accepts file format in DXF/HPG/DXF code files. The better graphic you use, the better result you get. Mostly, the files acceptable by AutoCAD and CorelDRAW will be able to import to our software.
6). How to avoid the waster
Usually the laser machine have the glow orientation function. Please use the glow orientation to check if the engraving position is correct when you engrave the unequal materials. For the first time materials engraving, try to follow the laser power from down to up.
7). The machine have not laser.
    First, please check the lid to see if the magnetism switch and the cable of the cover has fallen off.Second, check the reflect mirrors and the focus lens to make sure they're ok. So it means whether the optical path is ok.
